Project Overview
A complete roof replacement on a Hill Country-style stone and brick home in Belton. The old roof was torn off to the deck, damaged decking was replaced, and the roof was rebuilt with synthetic underlayment, new flashing at every wall and chimney, ridge ventilation, and architectural shingles.
The job ran as a general-contractor project: one contract, a written scope, a permit where required, and a clean site at the end of each day.
